Skunk2 Pro-C coilovers INSTALLED!!
Thanks very much for the insight, slip. I will for sure consider the 615s then.
jazzista-- I got them at that price by literally pouncing on an early offer Skunk2 had when they very fist released these. It only lasted a week or so and I think they came to their senses and had to raise the price. So I don't know about the chances of getting them that low again.

i have 205/50/15 size tires with a 43 offset on the wheels and when i have a heavy load in the back i hear it rub when the car dips after a bump.will the pro-c be be stiff enough that i wont have this happen again?how low would i be able to go with this size tire and not rubb?what size wheels/tires are you guys rolling?THANKS
of course the pro-c will be stiff enough, but that's only judging by other's experiences and not my own. the dampening adjustment is i believe 12 levels, and 12 is probably track-stiff. lol.
the profiling is a little high, but correct for your tire size... but i think maybe a 1.5 drop would look good. if you want to go any lower you may want to roll the fenders.

i had 12mm trimmed off at a body shop to get rid of the rubbing $75
currently lowered on skunk2 lowering springs and i will have the pro c on next weekend

if you don't know the answer to this question.... maybe you shouldn't be buying these coilovers... sorry it's harsh but it's true.

It's a legitimate question. Do they come with camber plates or don't they? Front and rear, just front, none at all?
I asked Skunk2 what the max negative camber that can be achieved on these coilovers are, and they told me max negative 2 degrees.
T1R can go up to negative 3 I believe.
I don't think they come with camber plates.

I got the Pro-C's put on recently and I find the spring rates to be too high.
They come with 8k frt/ 6k rear. I ordered 6k's for the front to try but I haven't had a chance to swap them yet. My strut/shock adjustments are on the softest setting. I find that the spring rates enable to get the car around any turns without the aid of the extra valving of the strut/shock. I would like the spring rates to be lower so I can utilize the valving but that isn't the case right now.
Just guessing, I would think a front spring rate of 5-6k and the rear of 4-5k to be the right combo for street. Skunk only has 6k for the front as the softest option and no others for the rear.

spring rates and have not yet pulled the trigger on the pro-c's to try.
i would do 6K front 4K on the rear for spirited driving and let the
valving damp the car, not the springs.
in comparison, my EnduraTechs are 5K front 3K rear. very comfy.
