Torque Settings For Struts

I was wondering if any of you guys knew the exact torque settings in in-lbs or Nm for the front and rear strut mounts. I'm going to install some cusco bars this weekend and I'm just one of those people who has to do it by the book... but, i'm too broke to buy the shop manual because i just bought the strut bars...lol. anyways any help would be much appreciated!

man, this site is frikken slow to load.

the cusco front stb doesnt touch the front strut top nut and use
new nuts/bolts included in the package. use 22-25lbs for those
along with some loctite blue.

there may have been a listing in the package for the amount of
torque. it's been a while since i did the install.

In the front there are 2 nuts; the lower one is 12x1.25 mm over the bearing and torqued to 25 lbft and the upper 12x1.25 torqued to 33 lbft. The shock flange nuts are 14x1.5 mm torqued to 75 lbft. These are recommended to be replaced because they can be easily stretched at 75 lbft.
the rear upper nut is 10x1.25 torqued to 22 lb-ft and the lower cross bolt is 10x1.25 mm torqued to 40 lbft.

Please note these are lbft not inlb. If you use inlb multiply by 12 (25 lbft becomes 300 inlb.)

yah, the front cusco stb doesn't use the piston shaft nut...
i remembered after posting the torque ratings for the strut
and rear shock.

i guess i'll post the rates i have in my blackberry:

FRONT:
Bottom (2) on the knuckle 50lbs/ft
Top between the mount 25lbs/ft (per mahout above)
Very top nut 33lbs/ft
Endlink: 21lbs/ft

REAR:
shock bottom: 40lbs/ft
shock top: 22lbs/ft
