Alternative to Panducky bolts

soooooo i've had my RSB for almost 8 months now and never had problems with my old Tanabe GF210's. Crazy huh? lol I've been researching on the Panducky bolts and by the time i got coilovers and actually needed them... they closed down! So i was wondering if anyone has any idea of what other bolts and nuts could i use?? Something that is going to be strong enough to hold it and doesn't require modifications in any sort (just being lazy)

i could send you some stock bolts and you can cut em if you'd like. im currently rockin some allen head bolts. they work great with my skunk2 coilovers.

i tried the DIY grinded down bolts when i had skunk2 springs, but they didnt do anything for the squeek noise

the rear spring? for the coilover? i have the spring on the top, the coilover "sleeve" on the bottom. it doesnt contact the bolts so it doesnt creak or make any noise.

the bolts are for the fj cruiser roof rack. i got them from work. they work great!

lmao sorry i dont know the terms of the coilovers but yes the 'sleeve' is exactly what i was talking about. ok well i have the same set up as you and i know there was a lot of confusion about which way does it go. I didnt use the rubber perch thing or whatever its called to put underneath the sleeve so on little bumps i hear it hitting the bottom. lmao smart idea with that roof rack thing. Well this is 1 option i can consider unless someone else chimes in and has another idea. I'm sure i just cant go buy those FJ roof rack bolts by themselves.

i just welded my rsb right to the bottom of the spring perch. it is so easy and the welding reduces any flex that a bolt might yield.

lithium grease is what i used on my skunk2 springs cause they tend to make excessive noise, or just use wd40 on the perches and the noise will disappear for awhile.

thats exactly what happened to me because it put the sleeve on top instead and because of the RSB the spring never sat flat. Thats why mines rubbed against the sidewall. I talked with Ray and he told me to put the sleeve on the bottom and it worked much better but once i put the rubber piece back in than its gonna sit uneven again haha stupid bolts!! Well i'll try some of your ideas you guys. Much appreciated! I cant rep yall since i repped yall in the other thread

why dont you go buy a bunch and sell them on here. since many people are looking for them and not everyone has an ACE hardware in there town

LOL, thats a good idea. I went to the ace hardware near me and they didnt have that bolt in a grade 8. So i just ended up using the provided hardware with the RSB and everything worked out fine.

Are you all pointing your bolts downward? I never had any issues with mine making noise, springs or coilovers.
Mine were pointed down.

I don't think you understand Ray. My bolts are pointed down but the problem is that with how big the top of the bolts are, they make the rubber piece sit uneven which makes the sleeve sit uneven. That's why I'm looking for more low profile bolts. Or I just could cut up some parts of the rubber piece and try that lol
