JDM Rear Discs

why? brakes dont become different depending on how fast your car gets up to; it will be the same...
if your car reaches 100 mph in 5 secs or 25 secs, the braking power at 100 mph will still be the same...
just good front pads and rear shoes will be fine...

Just bear in mind that although the Spoon car has rear drums, it weighs next to nothing.
The Bean counters probably wanted to ensure the Fit was going to be as profitable as possible for the car maker and it was probably due to the face lift and (would the term be....butt lift?) for the USDM market that axed the rear discs.
New tooling for different lights, fenders, hood, bumpers, radiator support and rebars tend to suck.
