Are Fit <-> Jazz brake rotors interchangeable?

Are Fit <-> Jazz brake rotors interchangeable?
I'm the owner of '07 Jazz, 1.4l @ 80 hp. I'm asking this question because
my dealer cannot get replacement rotors ($150) and I'm certainly not getting scammed into paying $300 for OEM rotors. And that's only for front brakes!
Based of what I've seen on Ebay, I'd rather get $50-$100 rotors and pay 22% import tax than give $300 to scammers.
If rotors are interchangeable, how do I find out what rotors do I need and which one would you recommend me? I don't need anything special, considering the fact I got 180.000 km / 111.000 miles on my Jazz and this is the first time I'm changing them (only front!).
