still have all my suspension oem

are springs out of the question without buying shocks too?

I would buy coilover or spring+shock combo... Adding springs now with stock shocks would definitely wear it out quick. You can save some money and time by just going with both.

I also agree. I used to have skunk2's on stock dampers and they wore off so fast, now with T1R S-Spec dampers and they are great. The ride will also be smoother if you get the dampers.
Edit: if you do get the TIR S-Spec dampers HAve a look at A&J's website ! They have great prices and after sales support !
