Install coilovers, loose the rear sway bar?

So what's the common wisdom? I'm going to install a set of J's showas tomorrow and wondering if I should remove the Progress sway.
I've heard that there are potential problems leaving it on...opinions? knowledge? Anything is appreciated.

Well, the J's suspension is installed and the Progress sway bar is removed. The Fit handles better than ever but I'd still like to hear any feedback on the coilover and rear sway bar combination.

Having swaybar would help a lot with the roll. But I know the fact that some cars love it when there's no swaybars. I know my drifter friends tend to take theirs out...
