Front upper strut bar, worth it?

Front upper strut bar, worth it?
So I'm using my Fit for autox and so far have Megan coilovers and a progress RSB and am very satisfied with the handling. I would like to increase the rigidity but the only front upper strut bars only connect to the body rather than the strut towers. This part of the body is so close to the firewall it seems like it wouldn't make a lick of difference. Anybody here have experience to refute that? If not ill put my money elsewhere.

I've got a Mugen bar across the front towers...makes a noticeable differance.
I then installed the Ultimate Racing Fender bars because I didn't they woud do anything...boy was I wrong! That made about as much differance as the front tower brace.
I then installed the front and rear lower braces, also from Ultra Racing...very good mod.
I lastly installed Ultra Racing's C-Pillar bar (along the roof at the rear seatbelt mounts)...since this was the last brace I've installed, I could not feel a differance.
I have the Mugen 5-way adjustable suspension in my car and the Specialty Products rear Sway bar.
[Edit] Sorry...specialty Products camber adjustments and Progress rear sway bar...
