Put H&R springs on both of our Fits. Greatly improved handling with pleasing ride quality. Soon to come: Progress RSBs, Continental DWs, ATE Super Brake Fluid, Carbotech Brake Pads and serious alignment sessions for both.

Stretching the Fits at the Tail of the Dragon:

Both cars:
springs - H&R
struts - stock
coilovers? special spring rates? revalved? - N/A
sways - stock
braces - N/A
alignment specs? camber bolts/plates? - SPC Camber bolts
is this your dd? autox? road racing? - DD

Thanks. I plain missed that post. That's the perfect drop for the area where I live. Better than stock but not slammed.

Complete Front Stut Assembly

Does anyone know where I can buy both front strut w/ spring assembly's for my 2007 Honda fit sport? I just bought it & the previous owner lowered it but it is too low & i keep hitting curbs, speed bumps & etc.

Struts

I did research them & cannot find the struts & springs already completed. I would like to buy a quick set for price & convenience.

The wheels are Falken RT-7M 16" x 7" +45 offset. I never got a chance to weigh them but I'm pretty sure they're in the 15# range. I had a difficult time finding some +45 wheels that I liked. With the H&R springs, I'm pretty certain that anything less than +45 would rub. I still have the original tires on but will be putting some 205/50-16s on soon. I'm sure that I will still have clearance, but it won't be much.

I tried googleing "Romex Spring Retainers" and no info. can you please share? Pics? link? data?

I ask because as you guys all know on the fit the rear coilover type spings are quite strange. like one end of them are a normal (traditional oem) style coil, and the other end of the same spring is a straight cut spring like a coilover spring to sit in a perch.

My problem is that I want swift springs but what if they are both straight cut ends on each end? how does that work>???

anyone smell what im stepping in? solution? please HAP! I WANT SWIFT!!! 16K rear rates! haha

Springs: Swift
Struts: stock
Coilovers (any special spring rates installed? revalved?): NA
Wheels (brand, type, diameter, width, offset, weight): stock 15x6 +55 w/ stock Bridgestone Turanza EL42 195/55R15
Sway Bars: stock
Braces: none
Alignment specs (OEM or custom) (camber bolts/plates?): within stock specs, no camber bolts
Is this your DD? Autox? Road racing? Drag racing?: DD only
Impressions? Likes/Dislikes? Just put the springs in but so far handles great. Firmer yet still smooth.. I find them comfortable for a lowered sport ride even on bad roads (ie., not jarring or bouncy).
