"Wheel Bearing" noise coming from Fit after lowered for 2 weeks?

Trying to get to the bottom of this. Kind of annoyed. Lowered my car about 2 weeks ago and this just started.

Facts:
-2008 Sport, 29,800 miles.
-Skunk2 Springs on stock struts.
-No wheel alignment, yet.

Symptoms;
-Only during deceleration, will NOT make noise when I am accelerating.
-Not motor/trans related, I can be in neutral and rev, sound does not change.
-I have yet to take the front wheel off, but the sway-bar endlinks feel firm.

Is this a bad wheel bearing? After a little research it seems like these wheel bearings suck.

I'm going to take the wheel off and tighten everything down and make sure it looks right, but everything look and feels stiff. When it was first lowered, it made no noises.

Thanks.

does it get louder when you're turning in one direction or the other?

that would be the other test to determine if it's a wheel bearing... and which one...

you're moving when you're turning right? in doing this, you're basically loading each side to see if it replicates the sound you're hearing when you brake... do this while going highway speeds...

if it still doesn't do it while doing the above, it's most likely something brake-wise...

this noise is in the front drivers side.

i jacked up the car and shook the wheel before i took it off. no play. i retightened everything. end links are tight. everything looks tight. i checked the threads on the top of the struts, and they are showing the same amount of threads on each side. i went to yank at the spring and realized it wasnt sitting in the strut right. i twisted it maybe an 1/8th of a turn and it is now sitting in the strut correctly.

i didn't want to take the whole strut out, so i figured my troubleshooting would stop here. i put the wheel on, SAME NOISE. balls.

any other tips?

does the noise go away when you lightly apply the brakes?

it's not covered... considered a wear item...
