Normal. Eibach lowering springs are really soft and they usually sit lower in the rear. That happened on most Honda models, including my own car.

For a Front Engine/Front Wheel Drive car, isn't it a "No-No" for the suspension to be lower in the back than in the front?

The gap between the wheel and the fender does not determine the suspension height difference. Most Hondas have a bigger front arch than the rear. Eibach Sportlines are 2" lower in the front and 1.8" lower in the rear. Making the front lower. I had the Pro Kit on my Fit and the stance was level and perfect.
