I got the bar, but no instructions. I thought it would be a pretty straight-up install, but I can't see where the bar attaches. I'm assuming it's under the cowling, but don't want to take it off if that's not the case.

Any suggestions?

bump, i too would like to know this, if anyone has a picture of where the mounts are that would be highly appreciated. I only found the diagram but it still doesn't show you where it's located:

According to the UR dude I spoke with in CA, Ultra Racing does not make any bar for the 2008 USDM Fit.
