to be honest i wasn't sure if it would really make a difference or not but it actually did...

A+ for fabricating something, you don't see enough of that anymore IMO.

Just add more pieces and box it with some other points and X braces. You've gone this far, why not.

Then paint it. Pink.

Very clever way to add bracing. Looking at chassis design though I have doubts that does anything but add weight. I have wanted to box in the mount location for the rear torsion beam suspension arm much like the hpd rally fit.

Honda Media Newsroom - Fit - 2009 Honda Fit - Body - Structure

If you read over this page it will give you an idea where the strong points to the fit are. Now really good bracing crosses strong points. A triangle is the strongest shape to create a bracing designs.

pistachio was the only color I had at the time.

and I was also quite skeptical as to whether or not it would work but it actually does, the rear feels so planted now, a lot less rear roll, shes already got strut bars front and rear also but still on the stock sport struts and shocks and springs.

if you've got the time and equipment ide say go for it.

I would remake it with some 1.5inch diameter 1/8inch thick tubing cut about 2-3 inches long, instead of that box.

Might make it easier to install and improves cosmetics.

Or just clean that one up and sell it to me lol

Is that mounted to the underside of where the seat mounts are?

The seat mounts do not go all the way through. They bottom out on top just a little bit past the length of the seat bolts.

I wonder if they are unused holes from the awd model of the Fit

there are two little black flat braces on each rear corner of the pinch welds basically, just look under there and youll see what I mean. I used the inner bolts on the braces.
