HSD Coilovers and Squeak Noise In shock Tower

I installed these a few weeks ago. The issue only happens every other day or so. When I turn the wheel all the way in either direction when parking or making a real tight turn I hear a "squeak" from the strut tower. It is not your typical squeak rather the sound of rubber being dragged or spun on metal under pressure. It seems to do with that rubber piece in the engine bay. When I make a turn on the street or change lanes when movingI do not hear the noise. Noise is real prominent if I'm going real slow and cranking my wheel or cranking wheel when not moving. More so at a very slow speed ie parking garage or refverse parking. My strut tower nut is real tight. I installed the coilovers with all the pieces from old suspension as well. What is the reason for this noise? Did I do something wrong here? When I spray lithium grease around that rubber piece seems to control the issue and minimize the "squeaking" noise.

Description sounds like spring binding. You can lubricate and/or adjust preload.

I'm assuming my preload is off and this is where I made my mistake. The preload was never set. My HSD I had to build myself. Put spring on and load it and everything. Going slow and cranking the wheel in either direction you can hear the noise. It's almost as if the rubber piece under the hood in the shock tower is moving yet it isn't. If I take a turn higher than 40km/h no issues. Also have been taking turns a lot faster with no noise at all.

Could it be that my end links are hitting the control arm when turning? I doubt it is as my end links are as straight out with no slack as they can be. Maybe I do need adjustable to lower?

I guess I am going to take a look at the preload this weekend. Have no time during the week. Hopefully this will be better. Get that preload higher. In theory if I raise the preload I therefore have more threads in the shock and can therefore lower it more if the preload is higher? Is my thinking correct? Hopefully my alignment isn't too off as I just paid to have one done.

If I want to go lower on my car to close the gap do you guys suggest adjustable end links or can I use OEM is there a way? I do not want to pay $150 for these adjustable ones if I don't have to.

Well I know this is a coil bind issue. Seems to be gone in the front. It's very minimal and occurs very infrequently.

Now, I seem to have a coil bind issue on the rears. The rear spring has a plastic sleeve along one rung of the spring. This is at the top near the locking perch and height adjustment. Does anyone know how I can fix this issue? I do not hear the bind hitting a bump. Only when I go on a huge angle to go over a speed bump or into a plaza. At first I thought I was scraping but then realized it was a coil bind issue.
