rpf1 fitment question

2007 fit stock, not lowered. rpf1 15x7 35mm offset on 195/50/15, would it rub on fender?

With that information you should be able to figure out how much and where your clearance will change.

Fender, not likely due to ride height and having a shorter tire than stock.

Rear quarter, MAYBE on hard bumps and/or when loaded down but less of a risk than the factory size 195/55R15s.
