Enkei RPF1 - Any experiences?
Anybody running these in 15x7 with 41mm offset?
Do you notice improved acceleration? Increased gas mileage?
Also, what size tire is recommended to avoid rubbing with a modest drop?
Thanks.

like STTICH said u can go 195 and go 50. i think u will be safe and no rub as much. u might rub a little bit but i dont think u will rub too much. depends on how low u are dropped but if its a modest drop u shouldnt really rub.

I have these on my Fit.. 15x7 +41mm offset with General Exclaim UHP 195/55VR15s
I rub a little in the front, but I am lowered on Tein S.Tech springs. I had to do a little modding to stop them from rubbing. The General Exclaim UHP tires I believe are a bit bulkier than others out there in that same size....
I would go with 195/50R15s just to be safe.
Handling is much more responsive and a lot quicker... quicker acceleration was noticeable, I saved 12lbs per wheel/tire combo from stock.
Not sure about mileage tho, but I did travel 830kms on 1 tank on the highway. I'm sure it does increase the mileage.

you're saying you saved approx. 48 lbs of unsprung weight when you went to these wheels? i'm assuming you had the sport wheels stock, right?

48lbs total.

i plan on getting the same wheels, but i expected only a 4lb/tire weight savings. tire rack lists the wheels at 9.5 lbs, forum folks say the stock sport wheel is 16lbs; stock tires are 18 lbs according to tire rack, and toyo lists the RA1 (205/50/15) at 20 lbs. so that's -6.5 for the wheels + 2 for the tires makes -4.5lbs.
unless i am mistaken on the stock wheel weight.

MY WORD! that's massive and it's unsprung weight.
