Question Have Base Model, Purchasing 15" Sport Rims

Aside from the normal balance and alignment, is there anything else which may need adjustment/change when I put on the sport model's 15" rims?

nope...
other than necessary, you could get locking nuts for the wheels and maybe a drop if you want to keep it simple

If you buy someone's 'take off' sport wheels & tires with very few miles, you shouldn't have to do anything since they'll already be balanced, and you don't have to do an alignment unless you're making some change to the suspension i.e. lowering springs or something.

Here's another question--Will I have to get a larger spare than what came with my base model since I am moving to 15's vs 14's?\

In other words, is there any difference in spare tire spec b/t the base and sport?

neither. Ive seen cars with 17's running on a steelie 14 inch on one side. Does looks weird as hell but still can take you somewhere. between 14 inch and 15 theres not too much of a difference by the way. And, your spare tire may be the same as ours the sport version Fit
