My buddy club wheels came today. They are gun metal grey. I ordered the chrome buddy club lugs but Im not sure if chrome go with the gun metal grey.Also they are two inches long, would shorter ones look better??
Any opinions? I wont be putting them on for a day or two as we are supposed to get an ice storm tonight.
Im an old guy and this is the first time Ive ever "modded" a car!!

 

Yeah, chrome on gunmetal sounds a bit strange to me. What color is your Fit? I'd say black lugs (or something that matches your car) that are 1.25" would look nice.

I'm hitting 34 in May, so I'm getting up there in years, too.

actually chrome and gunmetal would look REALLY NICEE...depending on what color ur car is. If it's red, orange, or silver, it might look wierd. But on blue, black, or white, it'll look really nice!

Again, it's all about being unique and i think that will stand out great!

 

Thanks Mike. My fit is Tidewater blue. I think the wheels are going to look great with the color of the car. The lugs dont look too bad as they seem to mirror the grey but Im not sure I like the lenght of them.
The valve stems they sent are also chrome so I if go to black lugs I suppose I should change the valve stem too.
Another thing I need to get is a set of locking lugs so my wheels dont end up on someone elses car!!
