just ordered 15's but what size tire to run?

ok i just ordered a set of 15's for my fit sport but dont know what size tires to get. i plan on lowering it with either eibach pros which are 1.6F 1.3R or a set of tanabe GF210 1.5F 0.9R i dont know weather to go with a 195-55-15 or a 195-50-15

the wheels i got are 15x6.5 with a 40 Offset. let me know what i should do
