Wheel weights while shopping?

I'm browsing some sites looking at wheels and notice very few show weight or only list "light weight" but not really specific.

So I thought I'd throw it out into the collective fitfreak knowlegebase.. I'm currently on the stock 14's and would like to get new rims when the stock tires are worn out.

I'm thinking 15" light weight but not super expensive (cheaper the better), I'd like slightly better performance but don't want to be theft target or out a chunk of change if damaged.

16"s maybe.. but I really don't like the large wheel thin rubber look on any car.. makes it look like a toddler toy IMO. Also no plans to drop, don't like that look either

Something with good offset available so no rubbing at all, lightweight, 15 preferrably.. maybe 16 if the price/weight is right.

Heliums are light, sick looking wheels no doubt. But everyone has them.
13lbs and under is pretty damn light.

Check Grassroots Motorsorts ads in front for specific weights on many wheels.
