These rims specs, prob on stock height?

Size 15x6
4x100
Off set 38
Center Bore 56.1

Will I have any problems with this size rim when riding on stock springs?

with stock springs and tires all you are doing is moving the whole wheel and tire outbound by 55-38 mm or 17 mm or .67" You can check easily with a ruler or see if a 5/8" thick board will slip easily vertically lightly against the sidewalls up into the fender.
However I don't believe the centerbore is OK; believe it needs to be more than 65 mm. That too you can check on your wheels.
Too you need to see if the wheels fit over the calipers with at least 2 mm clearance al;l around.
An alternative is 1/4" spacers between the wheel and hub to move the tires out 12 mm to look better in the well well. Just make sure the thread engagement is equal to at least the lug bolt diameter. Spacers are typically $20 or so per set and widen track by 1/2" .
