still rubbing. what else can i do?
i rolled my fenders and shaved down the bracket for the screw where the bumper mounts. the problem is that it is still rubbing. it is hitting that stupid screw and maybe just a little of that bracket. what else can i do?
btw i'm running 15x7 +35 with 205/50/15 tires and lowered on eibach sportlines. i like the offset so don't suggest to me changing it

get a different tire size 205 is too wide for 15x7. Switch to 195/50 or even 195/45. I am running the 45 series and am dropped about 2" with HKS coilovers on 15x7 +13. I can still/should lower my car another .75" (estimate on the low side) and I don't rub @ all now.
i was thinking 195/50. so you don't rub at all? cuz my springs give about the same drop. it looks like i might have to get new tires.
Dont get 195/45's on a wheel with +35mm. It wont look good unless youre going to drop it to the ground.
195/50's are best.
I think 205/50's are fine. Just remove what rubbing.

Then live with it. You could get 195/50x15's perhaps but with that extreme offset I doubt that will work either.
Or 195/45x15 if they make them.
^^Extreme offset??? +35 that's conservative...
This is true.
BTW what springs are you running that gives you a 2.5" drop?? Man I must be alot lower than what i said if you have springs that give you that much.

i'm running eibach sportlines. it actually give a 2 inch drop not 2.5
thank you all of you for your advice
Any time you move the centerline of a wheel at least 3/4" out the dynamics of the suspension begin to look bad. All suspensions are designed to intersect the 'kingpin' angle with the tire centerline at the bottm of the tire. Deviate very much and handling goes very wrong.
On any Fit we've had in here you can't even get 40 mm offset to work with stock height and OEM tires/wheels without considerable body modification.
