New wheels and shoes // TPMS Question
New wheels and shoes // TPMS Question
Well, I bought new 17 wheels and tires and decided to spring for the TPMS sensors from Bernardi Parts. All installed and of course the sensor light is now on. WTFO.
Is this going to be a case of having to go to the "stealer" every time I swap back and forth on tires summer and winter?

do wat i do. dont get the sensors and just ignore the light.
i know people can do this... even my wife accepted it while
she was running her winter wheelset.
check your tire pressure every other week or so with a
real gauge.

^^I second that! Take your cluster apart and put a piece of electrical tape over the LED for the TPMS. I'm not sure anyone has done a DIY on the 09 cluster yet is the only problem. In searching for a solution to my own TPMS issue (sensor broken during install of new tires) I decided that I'm better off without the damned things anyway.
