S2000 rims

I can get two pairs of s2000 rims for cheap they are 16x6.5 with a 55mm offset I know they are 5x114.3 so I want to use a 4-LUG to 5-LUG ADAPTER KIT 4x100mm/108mm TO: 5x114.3mm they are 10 mm thick so I believe I would minus the adapter 10mm from the 55mm offset to end up with 45mm which is what i want right?
or I could use the rears which are 16x7.5 with a 65mm offset - the adapter 55 mm
Some input please

I would get the set with 55offset and use the adaptors to get 45offset.
Won't be anywhere near flush but will be better then the 65offset.
What year S2K are you getting the rims from?
Post pics once you get them on the Fit.
