Thanks, it sounds good. I'm definately planning to buy those. Can anyone suggest a good performance tires for this set?

PS what is wrong with that guy Kyle?

To give the original question an answer:

I'm running Mugen RnR's, 15x6.5 +45, with Michelin Pilot Exalto PE2 tires. Wheels weigh 10lbs each, tires weigh 18lbs each. Savings of about 6.5 pounds per corner over stock Fit Sport wheel/tire combo.

Very nice I like the 6lbs per wheel in savings. How much different did your car feel and perform? Are you getting better mpg too?

They add a tasteful elegant look to your car... Much less boy racer looking than my car.

I haven't run through a tankful of gas yet, but so far the mpg's don't look good compared to stockers at 3/32" or 4/32". I'm hoping they settle in after 500 miles or so. Traction-wise the difference is ridiculous; even though the new tires are still green they handle rings around the Dunlops. Again, I haven't driven on them very much yet, but so far they're so superior in the wet that I'm not sure I have the nerve to find their limit on my favorite offramp.

A tasteful and elegant Fit -- isn't that an oxymoron?

Thanks for the compliment. I'm a sucker for 5 spokes, and I really love the sculpted, old school look of these in particular; they remind me of certain Italian bicycle parts. But at the same time I can see where an argument could be made about it looking out of place on our angular little 21st century beasties.

On the third hand, check out kelsodeez's latest pics:

AHHH Canpagnolo. I Know where you are coming from..... I have known guys that would buy the lightest Colnago or Bataglia frames they could get, eventually breaking them, but their Campy gruppo would last forever and used on the next frame that would finally give out. I wish I had bought the 50th anniversary gruppo when I could get them new at cost, they are worth a small fortune now. Again I will use the word. Elegant!
