does anyone put 2009 jazz(2st.) rims on 2008?

Hii everone from Turkey / Istanbul
This is my first message , and i have a problem.I can't found any answer in turkey's jazz forums. And i am going to ask you..(my english is not so good, sory for them)

I have Honda Jazz 2008 Sport. In Turkey ,sport's have 175-65-14 Yokohama tires.

Yesterday ı bought 2009 Jazz's tires from a friend which is 185-55-16.
It looks so good. But i have a doubt.Does anyone put that (185-55-16) trims on 1.st Jazz? Does it rub to mudguard ? Cause a problem?

this is my car

im going to assume tire sizing is pretty universal. If that is the case im sure you will be fine with a 185/55/16.

Check the wheel offset - this is engraved on the inside of the wheel. GD Jazzes like yours will run best on wheels with +45 offset or higher. With that offset, you shouldn't have any rubbing problems because the wheels are "tucked in" the rear fender.

I have no idea what the offset is on the GM City rims you use.

If the offset is too low (+42 offset might have rubbing problems already, and they're definitely going to rub at +40 or lower), you'll have to look for a different set of wheels.
