i put on Sportmax 501's 15x8 +15 offset,and running 195/50/15 tires, it rubs in the back wheels when going up driveways
what could it be?The fender or the back wall?

 

with those specs, it's rubbing the fenders.

Your wheels are too wide with too little offset. Those are definitely going to rub against your fenders

 

you need 195/45/15 with a mild tire stretch..195/50/15 tires are too meaty. the 45 and the 50 makes a big difference especially since your wheels are 8" wide. you also need to either pull, cut, or roll your fenders...possibly with some negative rear camber too. good luck!

 

even with my 25+ offset rubs. you need camber and different tires and fender work

 

Conversely.. you could stop hauling fat chicks.
