Velox wheels through Costco?

Has anybody purchased Velox wheels through Costco? I was checking out their selection and prices, and I was pretty happy with what they offer, and the prices look GREAT!

Finding the same wheels on the Velox OEM website was not always one-for-one (I guess some are specific to Costco), but when I came across a match, the specs really surprised me (based on the affordable price). Are these wheels as good as they look and sound? They seem to be a really good quality with a big selection of lightweight wheels.

Some Velox Wheels I Like

Undecided whether I want to go 16x7 or 17x7 or 17x7.5 with the wheels whenever I decide to pull the trigger. I have Swift Sport Springs installed, so it's only lowered about 1.2" front and 1" rear, meaning I don't think I'd have as many issues as the guys with a lower drop.

Anyway, these wheels got my attention, thinking about them on my BSP Fit. The pricing is with S&H included - anyone have any feedback about quality???

That last wheel you listed is pretty impressive. 17x7 and only 14.5 lbs. For the price they're listed, that's not a bad deal at all. It's the best design out of all of them too, IMO.

I know! There are quite a few really lightweight wheels on the Velox web site, some the same as Costco items, others only from Velox. I'm just thinking that the Costco items/pricing is VERY competitive for a lightweight wheel if the quality is up to snuff...

The first blue wheels would look really nice with your car.

Velox has been around for a long time. Most honda people running their wheels were running the CE28 knock offs. A few of their wheels are knock offs, including those last ones (Buddy club).

Yup, I think they look pretty slick, that's why I have 'em on top!

^ i have no idea what he said...

anyway... i had 17x7's on my ptgt before my rota's, and they were great... paint (i had gunmetal) held up very well, VERY light - esp for their price... only reason i changed was because they didn't do a 17x8...

i would stick with the 16x7 imho... but well worth it...
