Please excuse my lack of expertise, hopefully someone with more background in Honda's will see this and respond.

I have a 2007 Honda Fit Base model with 112K on it. I would like to replace the original 14-inch wheels for the 2007 Fit Sport 15-inch allow wheels. Obviously I'd need a new set of tires which I will get. I just need to know if there's anything else I need to consider in making this move. I like the look of the alloy rims that came on the 2007 sport and simply want to move to those.

I am guessing the only thing you'll need to go with the alloys is a set of ball seat lug nuts, and a good set of wheel locks.
