The North American Fits come with either 14 x 6 offset 45 wheels, with 175/65 tires, or 15 x 6 offset 55 wheels, with 195/55 tires, so maybe yours will fit just fine.

Plug in your current data & the new data, and read out the comparison-- good luck!

The 195/45R15 is too short and would throw off the speedometer, odometer and gear ratio. It is also going to be low on load capacity and will have more gap in the wheel well. Try at least a 195/50R15 or even better a 205/50R15.
