what is the best offset for a 16 with out rubbing

what is the best offset for a 16 with out rubbing

Im running tanabe lowering springs i want to go with 16x8 or 16x7
with out rubbing but want it as flush as possible any suggestions on offset
was going to run a 205/40/16
