GK wheels on GD Fit?

Will the GK 16" wheels fit on a GD fit? Anyone have a pic of what that might look like?

Yes, they will fit.

They'll just be rather sunken...and look really weird, because they're ugly wheels.

Oddly I was tempted to try this at work the other day if I wasn't so busy.

But yes the wheel itself will fit; however, the tire size will not be correct for the GD3. A 205/45R16 will be recommended.

Those look great IMO. Makes me miss my VBP GD3.

I would never rock those rims. It makes the car itself look out of date. If anything go with older rims. IE new school is for fools.

Neither would I, that's why I "borrowed" them from a GK5 I was doing a PDI on at work that morning and took pics for those who were curious. ^.^

Nice of you to take pics and post it if anyone was interested to see. But, yeah it doesn't look good. Can't wait to change the wheels on my GK.

thank you for posting a picture, looks like what I imagined it would look like on a GD3, utter crap, lol -- way too much rim and material for a 16" and unnecessary weight

I hear you on the weight...

16s actually look great on a GD3, though looks fairly goofy since I'm lowered a smidgen from stock and had the stock GE/GK 185/55R16 tires on... maybe swapping to some 205/45R16s will help but I'm not going through that hassle.

In addition to that all of the chrome, polished, whatever you want to call it on the wheel really clash with Vivid Blue Pearl since that color alone is already LOUD.

yea the tire size is way off for the GD3, IMO for 16" the OEM GK rims have too much material for the wheel spokes -- I'm a big fan of 16" with the proper tires and drop

I think if someone was on bags and VIP'ed out the GK rims would look actually pretty decent with some stretched 195/40-16 tires -- otherwise way too flashy for GD3
