Question stock Sport alloy wheel bolt size

Hi there. I found a partial answer to my question in another thread regarding proper torque, so I have identified the following as important to know: "1.5 x 12 pitch" (not that I know what that means exactly ). I've also seen 'acorn' (?) used as a descriptor of some sort.

Is there anything else I need to be aware of when ordering wheel bolts with locks for my Fit Sport? I would like to get some blue bolts with locks to use with my stock alloys, but I want to ensure I get something that will fit. They don't need to be ultra lightweight and fancy, just functional and nice-looking.

Thanks to anyone who can help.

Take one of the lug nuts off one of your rear wheels (standard disclaimers involved here!!) and take it with you to get your new lug nuts. You will need to get the same type of "seat" where the nut hits the wheel. There are acorn, conical, etc. You need to get the same type so that it matches up properly.

Also, most auto parts places have a device where you can screw your existing nut on to verify the bolt/nut thread pitch.

Once you confirm the "seat" on the nut, and the thread pitch, then it is just a matter of picking out what you want.
