Borbet are a lower end German made wheel or at least the older ones were? I'd trust those over some offshore wheel, made where it's OK to pay someone fifty cents an hour and pollute the environment. I have a set of older ones on my Fit for daily driving.
I don't know the OP budget or desired application? Personally, I'd go up in size to 16" and maybe something lighter? Maybe Kosei or even the TR's or Tire Rack house brand

From experience/ownership Enkei, OZ, TR, Kosei and Sparco which are designed by OZ, but made offshore for cost. All have been quality wheels on some of the various vehicles I've owned.
As for the lower end of the spectrum price wise. That would be some of the Enkei, TR, Kosei and Sparco. These wheels are generally equal in weight or lighter than OEM. Many aftermarket wheels are heavier than OEM which is a performance downgrade. If looks are more important than performance then it doesn't matter.
I've owned other brands of wheels, but wasn't impressed enough to recommend or include in my list.
