Proper offset for 17 X 7 wheel?

Proper offset for 17 X 7 wheel?

What would work best for the Fit if I got 17's? Also, what would the tire size be for US spec Fits?

Awesome. Great job. Almost all questions answered. I wonder what the numbers in the last column are? I assume they would refer to some notes on another page.
