Hey Miami people! I'm thinking of doing dual enrollment (during the summer I take a college course), and the class is English Composition and Ruberic- something (ENC 1101), and I was wondering if this was a hard course? (I will be taking the class at FIU) Thanks.

 

thats class is easy peesy. you dont have the option to take AP classes? you could still take the class at your high school, and at the end of the year you take a test and if you pass with a 3 or hgher, you still get the credit? if not, i took ENC with an AMAZING professor at FIU named Natasha Hammond. If you can snag a class with her, I'd highly reccomend it!

 

Well actually, I am going to take AP english next year (junior year), so I might have to change some things around, but I still need to pick my classes next year, so I will see. My teachers are C. Estevez, and K. Harrison. Not a clue who they are, but I will take what I can I guess. Anyways, if I don't decide to do dual enrollment for the summer, next year I will do daytime dual enrollment (at 1pm I leave school to go to a college course) where I will take some other class.

 

That's probably one of the easiest classes ever, dependng on the professor though. I took mine with professor Gillette. Coolest teacher, only wrote 3 papers and watched michael Moore movies :P

 

haha so if you take AP english, you dont need to do dual enrollment for it, so long as you pass the AP test
