I read that the aftermarket armrest's cupholders are smaller than the ones currently fitted in the '08. This is because Japanese people have smaller cups? Is this true? Also, does it come with 2 cup holders for the back seat?

I've also heard that the cup holders are slightly smaller in the front. But yes, there are two in the back as well.

just to avoid any possible confusion...

this center console is NOT "aftermarket"!

it's manufactured by Honda, ok.

just in case you weren't sure.

i only buy the real deal for my baby.

Here's some help for some. I remember when CH sold a bunch a few months ago a few reported the install can be a little tricky.
Typical JDM do not include English directions to install. CH has this nice one.
enjoy

I know I'm new here, and that I haven't posted an intro, but I would like to add my name to this list. My wife's car is two weeks old at this point, and the armrest is sorely missed. When the dealer told me that it wasn't available, I knew I had to come back to the forum.

Anywho, add my name to the list ... I'll keep my eye open for further details ....

Cheers!
Bill

Have read so many posts on this, but can't remember the answer-- this console will bit the base model MT- or no? Any cutting or fitment issues with the base MT?

Thanks in advance
