thank you JDM...cigma, if you dump the ballast completely in water for a while, there is a chance that it might not work - i means its always "possible" with anything..but the ballast is supposed to withstand and 9/10 will withstand any type of water interference. but in the case it doesnt, i back you up with a 1 year warranty and send a new ballast FREE OF CHARGE...thats what i did with JDMs and thats what I have been doing since I've been in the business

so, the defective rate for the ballast against just water is 10%? and theoretically, if i was the 10th person to buy it, it wouldn't hold up against water?

what is the defective rate on your ballast?

defective rate is under 2%, and if you do happen to fall under that 2% i will replace your ballast free of charge

are you actually interested in purchasing the kit? if so, what bulb size and temperature are you looking at..just asking because it seems as if you are just asking me questions in efforts to distort or catch my company of some fault..i have NO issues with any of my bulbs and ballast, and if there is I replace it for FREE..

yeah i do, i was looking into bi-xenon h4, but i wanted proof its made in germany and you haven't really offered any, i'm also waiting on azncarb cause i saw him hosting a possible group buy for xenithxenons, but he hasn't updated so iono if thats going to follow through

Edit: and i'm not trying to PURPOSELY catch your company at fault, these are simple questions to make sure i'm buying good quality products that are efficient and are from a professional and proper based company. That is all. I'm not going to just hear what you've got to say and believe you, thats how people get jipped and scammed, not that i'm saying you are a scammer, but I personally don't know you, so you can't expect me to rule that out.

Looking at the other side of the coin, why are you not matching his group buy price? I mean, after all, as you put it, it is "only $10 less"??? unless of course you want bixenon, then it is $25 less.

Don't know about everyone else, but if I see something is going to be on sale next week for less money and it is not something I need right away, I wait until it goes on sale!

Uhhh....whats your point? I have done this to hundreds of cars and it will not cause any problem at all. What do you think will happen if you spray your battery? It will stop working? Explode? What?

your right, and not only that, but xenonvisions said his kits/ballast has a 2% or lower defective rate? that seems high. and i know he gives replacements up to a year, but it doesnt sound reassuring.

xenonvisions,
anyways, i dont think i need to call you since i've already asked most of my questions already, but thanks anyways.

Wow, this thread is getting ridiculous! It's not like HID aftermarket kits are new technology or anything. Buy them or don't buy them. Be happy with them if they work, or return them if they end up being defective...

I should be picking up my lights from the Post-office today. Not sure when I will install them though. Maybe over the weekend. It's getting nasty outside!!

lol haha im not trying to find something just giving an opinion. i remember my stats professor telling me that a 2% defective rate is considered high, so i just ran with it -_-;;.

anyways, uh how long is your pricing going to be at 99 bucks??? cause originally i was looking to buy my friend some HIDs also cause he was about to buy a new car, but he ended up postponing it, so now i don't know what car hes getting.

also, if we return them is there a restocking fee? and are you going to pay for shipping both ways?

Feels like pulling teeth! Are you price matching the bi-xenon kits too? Funny how I actually bring that up, yet you gloss right over it.

I hate dealing with companies that are not 100% truthful in their actions and words. Warranted or not, I definitely am getting that kind of vibe from you and your company. You might sell the best units in the world, but I think I will wait until Friday for the group buy from Xenith Xenon. They have been here for a lot longer and I do not see them throwing out accusations about members motivations with no proof, just opinions. Can you say bad Mojo? I vote thumbs down.

Oh, and before you start accusing me of being a plant, check out my join date on these forums....one of the firsts ones here.

I'm sorry that was not my intentions. I didn't put the bi-xenon price because I did not lower it. My sincere apologies, the price is as follows:

single beam: $99 shipped
bi-xenon: $160 shipped
slim single kit: $135
slim bixenon kit: $170

our site: XenonVisions, HID Kits, HID, car, lights, bulbs, ballast, xenon

Sorry for any confusion. I've only been trying to help and answer questions to those who are interested.
If you have any questions about my product or feel the bit weary please feel free to PM or even call me (214-272-0297) and I will assure you that I am selling quality kits with great service.

Once again, sorry for any confusions
