The spoiler prototype will be finished this week and ready to test fit on some fits to see what needs to be done (if anything) to have it fit so that the hatch opens with out thunking the spoiler onto the roof or antenna.

He comes by wednsday.

I was going to send you guys's grills out first but I dont want to run the risk of something not sitting right and then me having to reship new ones. The reshiping new ones isnt such a big deal itself, but its the painting and refinishing. Since we moved to a new place now we dont have the spray booth and in order to refinish products we have to go to the old shop where the spray booth is at.

Just so you guys see how we work
Heck yes!!!!!!!!

Your taking it all! haha :P I play, I just play.

Hey that is a benefit to be local and test fitting Too bad I won't be the first with the bys spoiler. I will be test fitting but I don't plan on getting one unless I absolutely love it on my car. Just not a fan of spoilers in general. Then you have the stock replacement lips you will be using my lip to make a mold of so I guess I kinda got the first one there even tho I will just be getting mine back. Key hole plugs I guess I will be the first.

Shoot!!!! you should just give me a Ikona decal and I can be sponsored by you :P

John, just out of curiosity, how many grille's do you have finished? i've been telling a bunch of my friends about the new grille i'm getting and they're about as anxious as i am to see it on my car (photoshoot pending).. you mentioned that andyd and solbrothers will have theirs mailed out soon; i paid-off my grille around the same time as them, does that qualify me as one of the buyers who get their grilles first??

i also mentioned the grille to my uncle who's got an SSM GD3 as well. i tried to sell him on the group buy but he said he'd place his order based on how it looks on my car. i guess i'm just going to have to show up to his house one day and let the grille sell itself

Well I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but I guess I should update you guys.

I got stuck late at work today and didn't want to drive to his place after I got out because it would have put me in some really heavy traffic and I was damn tired after working for 12 hours and I have to work tomorrow morning. So 12 hours of work starting at 7 but waking up at 5 then 1-2 hours of driving there and 1-2 back depending on traffic = no thanks. As of right now we are rescheduled for Sunday night.

Just thought I would let everyone know this is my fault for delaying things right now. there is no fault on Ikona.

What do you guys think of this optional grill insert that would easily cup over the back for installation? PHOTOSHOP. The only thing IM thinking is that the holes will be a little more spaced apart.

That would be just an insert that installs behind the icon grill we make. I have a thread to make one for the GE
