Jim from Rogue is working on other projects. When I asked him about this project, he said it would be about a month before he could get around to looking at this. I've sent him this thread, so if you are interested, continue to show your support and let him know so we can get this going when he is ready.

That is definitely something to work from, going to hit honda at lunch now to look at the crz and check price of that cover. If nothing else, probably close enough to use as a base for an after marketmarket replacement.

I was just looking into this a little more and realized something. If you look up the HKS intake for the crz you will notice there is a black portion before the header that enables them have the extended normal looking mani cover. if you were going to put this on the fit, it would probably need to be cut almost in half to fit at the correct length.

here is the HKS picture im talking aboutHKS Intake with an ugly excuse for a mani cover lol

It looks like interest and ideas are coming along nicely on this. I'm thinking I can start on it in a couple weeks so if an overall size could be determined by the owners then it should just be a matter of shaping it to fit and look good. I'll check back often and let everyone know how things progress on my end.

I'll post up my findings on the crz one. One of my areas of interest is how it mounts. I think the crz one is ugly, but should make a good template.

it's that waffle-top which makes it look goofy
flat head with that mani cover from crz would look sick and clean

Crz cover is a definite no go, they look similar in picture but they aren't. I'll post more info and pictures when I get home.
