I've been trying to think of some silly decal to put on my Fit, and a few days ago it hit me. For the Simpsons fans out there, remember the Mr. Sparkle episode ("In Marge We Trust")? Mr. Sparkle seems the perfect decal for our little Japanese-made friends.



There's a vendor on Ebay who makes them, and I was interested in seeing if people might be interested in a group buy. I haven't heard yet if there's a group discount (if there's not, I'll let you know), but I wanted to see if anyone else would want to get in on it.

The decals are about 12" (29.5 cm) right now, but I've asked 'em to make some that are about 5" tall. Should be nice for the corner of the hatch, the fuel tank door, one of the smaller windows, or wherever else you might like some Homer doppelgänger love.

i'm interested in these, however, have you considered talking to decaldude on here about making them. he might be able to make them cheaper for those that are interested. plus, hes a fellow freak like us. why not give him support? just my opinion.

do you have a price for these from the seller? i am interested as i said, keep me updated. i'll get one or a few. lol

They're selling on Ebay for about $9.75 USD each, but they're shipped from Australia. I'm absolutely down to see if decaldude can put these together, though - I'm pretty new here, and it hadn't occurred to me to look for someone on FitFreak already.

For what it's worth, guy on Ebay just emailed to say that 5" tall decals would be $10 (AUS) for two. I'm all for supporting a FF member, though, provided it's not absurdly more expensive.
