2015 trailer light harness

I purchased a trailer harness but when I got them I realized they are for 2nd gen. $60

are there any lights for the 3rd gen that DON’T require a wire to the battery? The ones from curt are $130 and require the wire to the battery.

what make and model trailer harness are you using?

Use a powered converter. you can get them right on etrailer.com. You don't want to parallel off the existing light circuits to power trailer lights. damage could occur. At the time I got mine it was all manual hand soldering to the wires. Now they make kits that are plug and play.
