Exhaust Clearance Question

Exhaust owners, I need your input...

I’m still deciding which exhaust to get, but I have a muffler/exhaust clearance concern. In order to get in my garage I have to drive over this annoying water drainage ditch and then up a small driveway and I'm concerned that the muffler and/or the exhaust will hit the top of the driveway on the way in and out of my garage. As you can see from the pics below, there's not a whole lot of clearance. With my rear tires in the ditch, from the bottom edge of the bumper to the street, the vertical measurement is about 7.5 inches. I realize that the answer to my question largely depends on what type of exhaust I get since the size and how low the exhaust hangs varies, but in general will I have enough clearance? I used to own a 350Z (all stock with the exception of a NISMO CAI) and I had no exhaust clearance issues. Thoughts/comments? Thanks in advance for your help!

you could get the aspec axle back it should clear it. IMO why not just learn 2 go into the driveway at an angle? it will solve all ur problems and u won't scrape.

A couple of issues with "angling". The ditch is very close to the garage opening and the opening itself is very narrow, even narrow for the Fit. So basically I pretty much have to back out straight. It's a two car garage with two separate narrow doors.

Sorry...no drop so I can't comment on rubbing. I've got 16X7 wheels with a +42 offset.

haha your car looks lowered in the driveway. my driveway has a little hill up so it looks like the stock height when its parked out front. actually my driveway is kind of a nightmare. a hill down and a hill up.
the fit goes where the white truck is. its in the shop right now =(
