Please ignore the horrible spelling the title. I have a XJ Passport in my car. When ever i hit 3000 RPM it always flashes laser and beeps really loud. Sometimes it quits fairly quickly other times it doesn't. it get really annoying. Does any one know why this is doing this? and maybe a possible solution.

 

and you're picking up the power from which fuse?

i hardwired my 7500 to the cig. lighter fuse and no issues.
you might have a bad detector.

Yeah i think u tapped into a bad power line or something. Just rewire it to the cig lighter and u'll be good 2 go.

 

that is odd i have a passport 8500 and when it was in my 180sx my laser would go off when i honked my horn it was funny at first but got very annoying upon my friends finding out... hasent done it in my fit which leeds me to believe its a wiring problem
