Rear cargo mat?

I know I can buy a custome cargo mat for the rear hatch area, but does anyone have any suggestions for making one? I was just gonna buy some rubber floor mats made for a truck and throw a couple of them in the rear, but is there a better method?

There wouldbe no lip to catch water, but you can just buy 2 yards of industrial rubber floor mat and cut it to shape.

Here are some pics from another thread on what I did to ensure my rear cargo area was well protected from a wet puppy, garden supplies, etc. I did a two step process to make it easier to clean.
Sorry but I don't know how to link to a thread - real amateur here - hope this works

Thanks for the link. I'll try some thing on my day off and see how it goes. I'll post the results if I do anything.

That one for 15 bux looks nice. Looks like it could be sliced down to custom size with a box cutter or something. Thanks!
