OK... (I should have red, then) but "will it show up on a MR" fit??

 

Yes it will show up. It is made and looks the same as the Fit emblem just with a red dot. Here is a pic i borrowed from college hills honda showing that the red dot is surrounded by chrome so it will show just fine. Hope that it helps ya

Oh and yes red dot equals 1.3l (jdm) and blue dot equals usdm 1.5l. There may be more to it but from what i understand its pretty much just the difference in engines.

Red is the 1.3l and Blue is 1.5l. Thats why red is considered JDM cause we dont get the 1.3l in the states

red is for the 1.3 and blue is for the 1.5 and the emblem should be placed on the same side of the car as the driver. IN japan they have the jazz emblems with the red dots and they are placed on the right side of the trunk b/c they are RHD and come with the 1.3 engine. i was hesitant to put it on b/c its near impossible to get true JDM looks since we are LHD here in the states

yea i did alot of research cause i wanted to stand out a lil bit by puttin on the jazz emblem but i am really trying to keep this car as jdm as possible and unfortunately me and my stupid OCD i couldnt put it on, i just took the fit emblem off. i am still debating tho cuz that jazz emblem is one of a kind here in the states with our usdm fits

 

Since it's "all custom" anyway... I'm still leaning toward a red jazz on the left side..

 

yea idk what i am going to do. the only thing thats really holding me back is the blue dot on the FIT in the gauge cluster. it doesnt match if i could somehow change that also to a jazz i would probably lean alot closer to doing it but i just cant bring myself to doing it cuz it woulnt match. I HATE OCD

 

Never thought about that either.... but you didn't think of this.... our gauges have DO have red...>>> (at the redline mark)!

Haha. Did you get the real deal or a cheaper knock off and where did you get if from please? Im just curious cause i think im gonna swap to the red dot Fit emblem and do the RS emblem as well just for fun. Im also looking for the least expensive true JDMs that i can find. My wife bought it for me... she said that it's supposed to be "real JDM" but is being shipped from HongKong. The pic she showed me b4 I told her to buy it looked just like the one you posted earlier....

 

Should be good to go then. Its prob made the same just by a different cheaper company. I wouldnt worry about it to much. It will be fine.

 

i had a fake one from a model company. it fell off of my car quick lol. i got my new one from hong kong as well. it was OEM JDM though. still perfect condition

 

yeah red dot equals jdm... but i dont think jazz refers to jdm... i think they say jazz in the europe ones or wherever.. but in japan.. the fits say fit on them with a red dot.
