Help with 09 Honda Window Visors

Ok, I just picked up my visors last night and will be installing them later today after work. I was reading through the instructions and noticed on the rear windows you need to pull the run channels out and install sealers on the left and right side. Is this really needed? How come there are no seals required for the front then?

Anyone that has installed these please help!

Well, I've decided I will just follow the Honda directions exactly. I wanted to avoid pulling the run channels out if possible but I'm thinking the seals are needed. I will be posting pictures of the install later as long as I can find where my wife hid the camera.

It's usually in her purse.
