Vtec

How can i no if my motor have vtec 92 civic 1.5 motor came out a 95 civic dx.

there are no usdm 1.5 vtec motors they are all rom japan engine code d15b

From what i've found, a 95 civic coupe/hatch/sedan had a SOHC vtec 1.5L available. I'm using alldata, which is a digital version of factory manuals.

If it doesn't say on the valvecover, you could look for the solenoid and the switch, both of which is on the passenger side of the engine next to your distributor.

if it was the dx's original motor, non-vtec
