My Scangauge II must be faulty...

A lil while back I managed to drive down to the coast, very nice experience, on the drive back I did a top end run and I know what the speedo was indicating but when I checked the Scangauge the next day it showed me something different by a fairly large margin...

Any thoughts as to why it would be so 'off'?

Did you calibrate the Scangauge i.e. input like how much the car weight/number of cylinders? If not that might explain why it's off.

Speedo indicated 215kph or 134mph.

@ Fitting- I think I should double check that weight & cylinders are set correctly, thanks for the tip.

Engine size, etc was all correct, and I had another odd reading recently 255kph
