More MPGs and horsepower??!!

Hey,
I was wondering if anybody knew anything about this product or company that claims to have something for $10 that improves both MPG's and horsepower...

thats like saying a midget is going to make house cleaning 3x as fast.. with little to no cost..

midgets are expensive! they eat alot !

Thats what i thought... just wanted to make sure that if it sounds too good to be true it probably is.

I wonder if a midget could stand up in a FIT...
